At Innkeeper’s, your safety is our priority and we want your stay to be as safe and comfortable as possible.
We have always had a high standard of cleaning and the cleanliness of our hotels remains a priority for us. You’ll find hand sanitiser in public areas, we’ve upgraded the cleaning products used in our hotels and our housekeeping teams have been provided with face masks when needed.
We will still provide a smaller number of complimentary toiletries for our guests, but we encourage you to bring your own, which is also better for the environment.
Food and Drink
We ask all guests who would like to dine with us to book their table in advance, and ensure you check the dining times with the restaurant before you arrive. You can do this through the website of the associated pub or restaurant you’re staying with and check their Facebook page for more information.
To minimise contact, we have key drop-off boxes in our receptions, and we can email any invoices after your stay.
If you have any Covid-19 symptoms before your stay with us, you must inform us in advance, as we cannot allow you to stay. If you develop symptoms during your stay, you must inform a member of our team immediately. We can not allow any guests to book our hotels to self-isolate or quarantine.
