If you'd prefer to talk to us, you can call us on 03451 551 551. We're open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and 10am - 6pm on Saturdays and Bank Holidays (please note we are closed on Sundays). Please note calls will be charged at your local rate.
If you need to cancel a reservation and booked through a third party travel agent such as booking.com, please contact them directly as we can not amend those bookings ourselves.
If you need to cancel and booked through our website, you can do this via the link in your confirmation email.
